BIOGRAPHY & EXPERIENCE

From 1993 to 2020 taught at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of International Relations. He taught such subjects as Private International law, Intellectual Property Law, International Banking Law, Civil Law, and Criminal Law.

From May 2005 to July 2005 was a legal intern in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Washington, D.C. Researched and prepared memoranda on legal issues including patents, trademarks, and employment rights. Prepared bench briefs of employee cases for the law clerks.

In 2019 completed the graduate legal program at Cornell University Law School, which included, but was not limited to, International Criminal Law and evidence courses.

From August 1997 to June 2000 was Legal Advisor in Stock-Exchange Company “Promkomtakt”, Kyiv, Ukraine. Conducted legal research and prepared legal memoranda in the areas of Ukrainian business and tax, energy, environment, and government affairs, intellectual property law, commercial law, labor, and employment law.

Extended experience relating to White Collar Fraud and Embezzlement cases. Has performed High Level Review in several cases relating to White Collar Defense Cases.

Currently works at ICLG where specializes in Criminal Law.
