BIOGRAPHY AND EXPERIENCE
In 2014-2016 worked as legal consultant in Legal Clinic. The scope of responsibilities included providing of primary legal support to the clients including legal consulting within civil, criminal, administrative and commercial proceedings, representation of clients in courts and other governmental agencies.
In January-February 2017 worked as Junior Lawyer in Suprema Lex. The scope of responsibilities included drafting all necessary procedural instruments, such as: claims, counterclaims, statements of defense, attorney`s requests, letters of attorney, commercial offers etc; elaboration of client’s legal positions; representations of clients in civil courts of all instances and other governmental agencies.
From March to May worked as Commercial Contracts Negotiator in Axiom Global (Wroclaw Office). The scope of responsibilities included: business communication and support of contract parties` representatives and stakeholders; negotiation and drafting of different types of international commercial contracts (including MSA, CSA, CDA, SOW, Amendments), particularly IT contracts; managing the contract execution process, from receipt of the contract request through supplier signature, including interfacing with the business partner (internal and external) for such activities as initial proposal discussion and Q&A for medium and highly complex agreement types; finalization of contacts to clean versions before execution;
From March to December 2019 worked as Contract Analyst in Knowable. The scope of responsibilities included: reading complex agreements, including commercial and vendor documents with meticulous attention to detail, while analyzing and identifying key information (including MSA, CSA, CDA, SOW, Amendments); accurate reviewing and analyzing a large volume of contracts with the aim of its interpretation and transformation to legal data; contracts abstraction and summarization followed by updating, filing and organization of documentation in contract database; performance of Quality Control process checking contract summarizations of other team members; preparing contract templates (calibration).
